1. When my Super Shuttle was two hours late the man at the front desk took it upon himself to help me call to see where my shuttle was and to keep me entertained while I was waiting.

4. Rooms are of a good medium size and have more than enough storage space for clothes and cases good continental style breakfast with easy parking and very friendly/helpful staff on the desk, Pearl street is a maximum 10 minute walk north.
