The location is so close to all the Pearl Street attractions, the building is historic and beautiful, they have a great bar and restaurant (the bar has a terrific happy hour with half price food as well- and the food is delicious and fresh) and they have a business center with enough computers for everyone, free high speed access, free printing and pens, stapler, tape, scissors etc.
