4. The Copley Parking next door is a public parking facility which costs 35USD per day and you have to leave car there whole time otherwise youhave to take a new ticket and pay again.

9. The service was very slow and slightly unprofessional (maybe a new guy??) and the price for what you get is on the ridiculous side of things, especially given all the great restaurants all around the hotel.
