5. Without exception the staff were just lovely - very knowledgable and helpful when it came to restaurant advice - they sent us to a great resaurant in the Italian Quarter - sorry can't remember the name.

9. The room was smaller than expected and our urban view was of a fire escape but was nicely appointed and comfortable as well as clean with the exception of needing to dust the chandelier and clean the vent in the shower.
