1. like others mentioned, this is not in a fantastic neighborhood but in a location where you can easily get around.

2. We had good luck with the shuttle service - My only complaint was the noise - I don't know what it was - sounded like a truck backing up with the beep beep - but it was before midnight - the second night I took some melatonin and heard nothing.

4. The hotel is a little bit further from Fenway than I would have like to have stayed, but it was very clean, had a free shuttle, free breakfast and is a suites hotel.

7. In fairness, I wish to say that all the staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful, but it seemed like the communication regarding pickup or arrival time between the shuttle driver and the staff was unrealistic.

8. Pros:Great location - we used the shuttle and also walkd to the subwayGreat staff - very friendly and helpfulFree parking and shuttleCons:Room - we were upgraded to the 6th floor (Club floor) and our room smelled like cigarette although it was non-smoking and there were ants in the bathroom.
