1. While breakfast was no 5 star affair it was free and reasonably tasty and convenient when you don't want to go hunting for breakfast each morning.

7. You definitely need a car to get around since the closest T stop is several city blocks away, but there's an Enterprise that shares the parking garage with them, so pretty convenient.
