Having traveled for many years, I truly can't recall a group of individuals who have left such a positive impression - they are a top notch team, readily providing suggestions for good places to eat (where the locals go) and see, taking an interest in why you're visiting, and in one case, a particularly wonderful individual on staff surprised my 80 year old mother with a gesture that made her trip to the Boston Garden even more memorable - amazing.
