1. Upon checking in we were greeted by David at the front desk who was very welcoming and helpful, our room was in the fourth floor we had a king bed room and the room looked very modern with the exception of the air conditioning unit as well as the bathroom which could use some updating, other then that the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

2. The hotel was overpriced, in an out-of-the way location, does not provide a regular shuttle to the airport (you have to call for it when you arrive) and offers no amenities except for a refrigerator in the room.

3. After getting things unpacked, etc, I notice that next to the floor lamp there is a big empty space where I assumed a chair should be, since there was no where to sit and watch tv except on the bed.

10. lots of construction going on around the hotel, lots of traffic but nice and friendly staff, clean and comfortable, everything about it was great except that they charge $10.
