1. And though it is very accessible to Boston's excellent transit system (the 'T' red line is just a couple of blocks away), the hotel is pretty far of the beaten track for most tourists.

8. The biscotti cookie from the cafe is excellent - you may want to swing by and get one if you're headed to U Mass or the JFK Library - but other than that, you may want to spend more for a room in Boston.
