4. It would be great if all the sights were just out the front door like at the Parker House, but we felt the trade-off was more than worth it.

5. On the side of a main highway, hence nothing much in the immediate vicinity (like shops, entertainment centers, etc), but it just a 10 min cab ride away from the city center and the marina/ docks, etc.

6. We still like it because it is 5 -10 min walking distance from Andrew subway even though the route is not on highly traffic area.

8. hallway carpet smelled like new car smell (wtf? Haha) flatscreen tv, fridge so new the door didnt open, microwave, ice machine by the elevators, wifi throughout the hotel (we were on 5th floor and i got perfect service no problem), vending machine downstairs in lobby.

9. The roomn was extremly cleaned and it smelled like they had changed the carpets recently for new ones.

10. Would I come back to this chain? Not likely if it was on my own coin, but I'm on business and there's a 'guideline' as to which hotels are acceptable.
