6. It was a very nice hotel within walking distance of many places in Boston including Boston Common, Quincy Market, and the North End.

7. One downside though is that it is located in the financial district which is pretty much a ghost town after business hours, but then again, that means the area is nice and quiet for a good night's sleep.
