5. I went to see the room and we couldn't hear the music, which was a good thing, but it was already 1h30 am and my friend didn't want to pack everything and change rooms in the middle of the night.

8. One downside though is that it is located in the financial district which is pretty much a ghost town after business hours, but then again, that means the area is nice and quiet for a good night's sleep.
