1. All rooms smelled like smoke, which was very uncomfortable.

2. Things like a night light in the bathroom, book mark placed inside the book that you've left on the side, cuddly toy for kids to choose at reception to accompany them for their stay and loads more little things are what makes this hotel stand out from other 5 star hotels.
