4. When we got into our room about 3minutes later we got a call from reception asking were we happy with our room and we were as it was clean with beautiful decor and large bathroom.

10. The folks behind the desk as well as the concierge were very helpful - where to catch the 'T', where to have dinner that night (happy to call for reservations), breakfast places other than their own wonderful restaurant, etc.
