1. We were unhappy that to there were no vending machines for water and we had to either order room service or get dressed and walk to a convenient store at night.

5. Jury`s Boston is a nice hotel in a very convenient location and is more than worthy of a 4 star rating, however the thing that pushes it from 4 to 5 star for me is the excellence of the staff in being friendly, accommodating and making the hotel a home from home experience.

9. The hotel is a convenient distance from the rail station and not far from the centre of town - so a good location for business travellers who don`t want to deal with car hire but need access to the areas around Boston.
