1. Room was on thrid floor with no elevator and dark hallways that were not very clean.

10. The area was somewhat not too clean, but being that it was winter, and they do get a lot of snow and Ski people, there was ice on the roads, hence mud as it melted, so it would be hard to keep it clean until Spring time.
