3. Thank god for the people at the Shilo next door who were the nicest and most caring team of professionals, I will never stay in another hotel in Bend again other than the Shilo.

4. I have stayed in many, many resorts and topnotch hotels throughout the United States and none had a more accommodating, friendly and professional staff as what I found at the Riverhouse Resort in Bend Oregon.
