5. They`ve recent;y put in new carpet, paint, furnishings and considering other hotels at the same or higher prices this is a good bargain since it overlooks the Deschutes river.

7. The room we stayed in was quite large, with a nice bathroom, fridge, a new television, two queens, and best of all.

8. I think there is a new and an old part of the hotel because I stayed there 14 years ago on the east side of the river much closer to the water.
