2. the bad: crummy old building that looks and feels worn out; stained carpet in halls and room; noisy in room refrigerator required unplugging to sleep; noise from rooms on either side and creeky floor above, small area for dogs to use and absolutely no where nice in walking distance; you pretty much have to drive to go anywhere you or your pet would want or need to go.
