1. Seemed like a fairly safe neighborhood.

2. We only rarely stay at the LaQuinta properties (LQ), not because they are necessarily bad, but because we usually like a few more amenities and a quieter overall environment.

3. 24hr desk( like that),indoor heated pool(didn't use).

4. Other items that also worked well:- The TV - although it was old and only received the channels that on some reality show, were probably voted as the most likely not to survive.

5. The manager Vicky was absolutely sub par- yelled comments out of her office door and unwilling to act like a manager and come to the desk for customer service ( but did at least end her personal phone conversation to be able to listen in on front desk discussions.

9. I did not like that when we registered we were promised a room with 2 queens and ended up with one king and would have been charge $45 extra to upgrade.
