1. We booked a smoking room and were given a non-smoking, but were given a new room as soon as the clerk was informed of the mistake.

10. At 123 years old, it shows its wear like a beloved piece of clothing--maybe a button is gone or a stitch is loose, but you`d never think of replacing it with anything new.
