For $54 a night, friday and saturday, we got a huge bedroom with a very
comfy
bed, an even bigger living room/dining room/ kitchenette room and a small, very dated bathroom.

If I were coming to Baltimore to spend my days in the hotel, I'd probably stay somewhere else but if I'm coming to Baltimore to see the sites and have a safe
comfy
place to sleep at night, I'd definitely recommend the Biltmore Suites.
