3. Large rooms with kitchen facilities, free wifi, 24h downstairs space to work, good beds and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

4. The breakfast is simple, good and plentiful (coffee, juice, muffins, bagels, egg sandwiches, whole fruit, oatmeal, cold cereal and lots of spreads (Nutella was my favorite).
