1. Vernon area, with the exception of the restaurant/club/night life areas like Inner Harbor, Fells Point, Canton & I'm sure many others, these areas are the only ones I have visited for night life.

7. Students are prohibited from the lower 6 floors with the exception of the 1st floor because they eat dinner in the cafeteria with everyone else.
