1. THE STAFF:The night-staff person on duty was new, but was handling numerous requests with politeness and calm and clear instructions.

2. You can certainly walk back from the stadiums during the day (my 16 year old daughter and I did), but we left before the end of the race and there weren't a lot of people about and it wasn't the most comfortable walk I've ever taken with another woman (and I am a former new Yorker).

3. We were also allowed a late check out the following day, which helped with the post new years eve hangover haha.

5. Also, prior to going out on the town for new Years the gentleman behind the front desk took several pictures for us and made us feel very welcomed.

9. it looked brand spanking new and when you walked in the glass doors it smelled like vanilla.
