1. 2) Limit the free shuttle to 2 guests per room and charge per person over that.

2. 1) Either purchase another van or rent a van that is used exclusively for your 'normal' shuttle operations on cruise days so that you can free up your other vans just to shuttle from hotel to port.

4. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, my package included free parking for the week that I was on my cruise and the hotel shuttles were very convenient for both the cruise port and to the inner harbor for restaurants and night life.
