5. Maryland requires a lifeguard be present and I imagine that is the reason the hours are so limited.

7. The Hampton is a great value -- reasonable price (w breakfast) and short walk, maybe 2 blocks, to the Inner Harbor shops, restaurants, historic sites, and downtown area.
