4. You don't need to stay in one of the large hotels, we had a great suite, with comfy beds and felt welcome evertyime we walked through the front door.

7. It is also very new (in an old renovated building), comfy, clean, quiet rooms, close to everything downtown, a tad further out than the giant hotels (Marriott, Renaissance, etc).
