1. The manager was quite responsive, although, added equally disappointing pillows to our room when we requested 'better' pillows.

3. I stayed here for the weekend and left the car at the valet parking( charge me $38 a day for parking) Someone stole my GPS and the hotel is not responsable if somebody break in my car but yes the hotel is responsable for charging the money paid about $76 for parking( this is ridiculos) SOmeone at the hotel submit a claim but I never heard back from them and it has been over 2 weeks already.

5. Checking out on Sunday, I called down and asked for a late checkout and was told I could check out at 1 pm, standard response.

9. The management WILL NOT pay for the damage or the property, WILL NOT take the valet parking charge off of the bill and WILL NOT take responsibility for the damages.
