1. I normally don't take the valet option (I'm not that old that I can't park my own car), but there were so many cars when we arrived that the idea of someone taking care of the car was too tempting.

8. This is a problem for me because I have nerve damage in both of my ears and being next to constant humming noises causes me discomfort, others may not care.

9. I honestly was never seeing monetary repayment since I have no proof of what happened, but an 'I'm sorry you think this happened at our hotel-we hope you will visit us again, we will speak to our drivers to be more careful, etc' would be great.

10. The room had a nice flat-screen TV (LG for anyone who cares what brand it was), a VERY comfortable king-size bed, a small fridge (empty so it was good for storing our daughter's baby food, bottles of water, soda, etc.
