8. The Inn doesn't have staff to help you with your bags - rather there are luggage trollies at the front desk that you are welcome to help yourself to.

9. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful, so any requests were quickly satisfied, but after asking for a packet of hot chocolate, it was disappointing to have to return to ask for the hot water to be replenished.
