1. -the card entry machines use to activate the gate to the parking area (apparently no attendant on duty, but there was barbed wire on the fence where there wasn't water) were built far enough from the entryway that it was very awkward to position one's car to be close enough to use one's room key for the machine and also be able to drive through the gate without hitting a post.

2. The positives include good beds, clean tight sheets (a rarity), plantation shutters on the windows, endless TV channels, respectful staff, a location (+free parking) which is just outside of the normal Baltimore craziness and a limited but workable continental breakfast.

4. If this is reviewed by management, I would recommend they consider Terrance for an executive position, as he has what it takes for a hospitality company to succeed.

5. Considered airport hotels, but decided to stay in the city based on the very positive reviews of Henderson's, and it defintiely lived up to its reputation.

7. Excellent staff, and we enjoyed our stay - the position is superb, but if you want to open your room window, you'll have to go elsewhere.

8. That being said, even a hotel with so many positive reviews can get a bad or mediocre one from time to time, but the chances of having a good experience here, I would say is as close to a sure thing as possible.
