1. The table service restaurants are fantastic, but you don't always have 1-2 hours to devote to dining, another quick service site is very much needed because the two resort area (Jambo and Kidani) share the one small Mara restaurant.

4. Disney does offer a fantastic experience all round though the shuttle buses everywhere ran like clockwork and the parks just get bigger with something for everyone.

9. The poor rating is due to the management issue it does not really reflect the good size rooms the day to day staff and the view overlooking the animals which was all fantastic.

10. It was a shame but we walked away feeling very disheartened with Disneyworld although we did have some fantastic times before, in saying that we are still in the process of working things out with guest relations who have been helpful.
