1. Probably 3rd floor views were slightly better - with the trees, we couldn't always get the best view of the animals - but lots of other places to see them from within the hotel.

3. One of the few negatives to the hotel is the quick service dining restaurant which I suppose is normal for Disney but I would prefer a place to get a better meal at lunchtime with table service or a less chaotic environment.
