3. i booked through expedia and wanted a fremont view, not trusting anyone i re-confirmed with the hotel who said i did not have one but it could easily be changed by calling expedia, i did ,,,they called the hotel to change then called me back no problems,, as this was 2 months before thier were plenty of rooms so i got one, as i was at home also no big deal as they called back an hour later,, if i was in vegas i would have been in the lobby for that hour and the room may have been gone, i know to many people who have had problems like this so do re-confirm everything everytime,,this was NOT the plaza's fault, no need to yell at the staff.
