1. The Plaza hotel is one exception I have to make.

4. Many complaints about most hotels can be erased quite quickly with some clarity-most the hotels on fremont were built pre 70's so the size of rooms , thier design and pools dictate this, the only exception being the gold nugget which i loved staying at as well.

5. no sorry or even a courtesy call from the hotel-the service in the casion was terrible except for one one lady who was older than the casino itself, we treated her with big tips , the others were lazy.

7. Air conditioner kicked butt and drowned out any noise except for one night when there was a drunk idiot next door but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

8. With the exception of the Golden Gate, we have stayed at every hotel on the Fremont strip, so I feel I can fairly compare this hotel to others in it's class & area.

9. Bathroom was a indoor outhouse with exception outhouse offers more room under the heater unit you can see the whole in the wall where the plug comes through from outside which explained the constanst draft in the room.
