2. I am the CEO of a technology company based in London, UK and stayed with my CTO and normally we would stay at one of the big 5 star hotels costing a fortune but decided to give the Gold Spike a go and we were NOT disappointed in a great location - you have to give this hotel a go.

3. The hotel was clean, great rooms and facilities, the staff were very professional, the rate was very affordable, quiet (great nights sleep), safe, friendly and just everything about this hotel was fantastic.

5. The cafe is open 24 hours and looks great for burgers and sandwiches but we didn't try it yet.

6. As for the rooms, they are fine and all feature the same 'Modern' Art - nice flat-screen television and the wireless internet worked great - the room was better than Binions the last time I was there for sure.
