1. The front desk staff was most helpful (though they didn't seem to know much about the airport shuttle - bear this in mind - Circus Circus DOES have an airport shuttle to AND from the hotel, so taking cabs isn't necessary) and were eager to please.

2. As for the length of the check-in line, I was helped in less than five minutes - for those who might argue that I hit a good time I might agree, but I saw very long lines at various bigger and much more expensive hotels, so to send a shot at Circus Circus for a long check-in line I think is unfair - they all do at one time or another.

5. Then I was given so little helpful information that my call failed to connect - I eventually claimed my $50 back and made the call elsewhere.

6. The hotel is very disabled friendly - the lobby staff vary in helpfulness - I wanted to phone home but was charged $50 deposit before I coulld make a call.
