1. When we returned to our rooms in the evening I was surprised to see the bed was sloppily made and the bathroom had not been cleaned the only evidence that anyone serviced the room was a new set of towels.

9. When me and my husband arrived at our room the key didn't work in the door and we had to get new keys, when we got inside we noticed that the room did not look like anything they advertized on the site but the lobby.
