1. Eventually she backed down and, after the best part of 15 minutes typing into her PC (with a long line accumulating behind me), gave me the room key, but it wasn't the best start for my stay.

3. Anyway still trying to make the best of this we see a card in our room that they had Happy hour from 5pm to 8pm in ther bar so we decide to grab a coctail before going to dinner except the bartender tells us they don't have HH.
