3. The staff was very helpful and got us a room with no wait and even let us pick where at on the property we wanted to stay.

4. We got to our alternative room which was a good 10 mins walk from the office (no help from staff to transport our bags) we then got to the room and thought well we get what we paid for.

5. I stayed at MBay all day (the $25 spa with a locker helped keep my valuables while I swam) and about 9pm I checked in to the M6 which is a surprisingly big property.
