The staff was rude and hung up on me, acted very irritated that I would evn call for to ask for an iron, was supposed to have a smoking room the guy kept us at the desk for 30 minutes searching for a soking then when we got to the room there were no smoking signs everywhere I called the desk, she was very rude I asked if they had any smoking rooms and she said no without looking, someone threw up in front of our door and noone came to clean it up, homeless people hangout and ask for change in front of the building, the beds were hard and the rooms tiny, the ac worked well, Didnt get into our room untill 3pm, convenient location, cocos restaurant was excellent, I took a vegas phone book hoe with me so I will never have to stay there again.
