1. If don't care about the location and are happy staying here and maybe jumping on the shuttle here or there plus save a few dollars--- then by all means have fun.

4. My only complaint was with housekeeping; They did not leave clean glasses and coffee cups everyday; I called the front desk and it was taken care of immediately.

7. If you are checking in at the front desk say hello to the Hotel Manager (Jeffery) as he and his staff do a very good job in taking care of their guests.

8. The food and entertainment were good and value priced, the layout was easy to navigate, and all other aspects were fine, but the bed quality and the horrible treatment by the bellmen are what will keep us from returning to the Rio, I don't care how free the rooms are.
