8. For $40 including tax (weeknight), what do you expect? Don't expect a shiny new hotel or casino, everything looks like it was from the 70s.

9. The rooms are cheap and about a 5 minute walk from the MGM,new York new York on the strip, they also have 25 cent wings late night for hooters card members(Free) .
