7. After traveling with cranky airlines and passengers it was nice to be greeted by a person so late at night who was cheerful, super nice and had a beautiful smile.

8. We didn't mind pets, but we could tell the room wasn't as nice because someone with the pet stayed there ( the sofa where my kid slept was ripped a bit, we noticed some pet hair in a few places - but nothing drastic).
