2. I was worrying all through breakfast about whether I'd have to stick around and make sure they sent somebody to fix it, but as I was downing my last sip of coffee, the desk clerk came in to let me know the job had already been taken care of.

4. Near hiking, biking trails,shopping, grocery store, pharmacy, casinos, many restaurants, movie theater, library (next door), quick-care, etc.

5. Overall - dissappointed at the customer service and absolutely no assurances that the bed bugs were taken care of so we will never book at this hotel again and I will write every review possible so that they will take care of any problem and perhaps others can enjoy this hotel in the future.

6. 'I called La Quinta customer service at their 1800 number and she actually said 'well I think the front desk agent took care of the problem by putting you in another room.
