1. When I had to carry my luggage back down and get a new room, they apologized and gave me a free breakfast with an unoccupied room.

9. Lots of good hotels in Las Vegas, we go often there (from Arizona) ,after going new places each trip,we made a reservation in THE WESTIN ,every one ,from valet till check out ,great People.
