7. I contacted the guest assistance HHonors line about my experience, and they told me I could expect to hear from the property`s general manager by yesterday - that never happened, and I have yet to hear a word from the general manager about the lack of customer service at the property.

8. Breakfast consisted of generic toaster waffles (you couldn`t even put them in the toaster yourself; a staff member had to do it for you) and ice cream toppings.
