My wife needed to freeze an ice pack to keep medical supplies cold, and the hotel could not provide a micro-fridge or offer any solutions to freeze or
cool
an ice pack.

cool
service, and abysmal breakfast selection.

cool
the room below about 70.

Our A/C in our room did not work properly and our room was really hot, when we called the front desk they asked us to wait a few hours for the room to
cool
down and mentioned that they do not keep the a/c on in the room before a customer arrives.
"You`d be better off at another hotel - I would not recommend it "
