Next morning, we were dropped by the hotel shuttle service to MGM Grand at 10am in the morning, our return flight to Dallas was at 6pm so we had plenty of time to roam around and see more of Vegas, The shuttle driver held our bags at the back of the front desk, dropped us on the stripped and picked us back again around 5pm infront of MGM with our bags and dropped us off at the airport - THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE.

3. We were impressed with the free internet access and the complimentary shuttle to the strip came in very handy as we had spent all our dollars, thinking we were going to be flying home.

5. We weren't there long enough to make a big impression, 2 late night employees were very friendly, day time employees were less helpful when I called in.

7. Stayed here for two nights - one at the start of a 9 day holiday and one at the end - and was very impressed with the hotel facilities.

8. First impression was how dirty it was, the elevator had stuff on the carpet, the carpet on my level was not vacumed; the general appearence was below par.
